Wegner-Wilson loops in string nets

We study the Wegner-Wilson loops in string-net model of Levin and Wen presence a string tension. The latter is responsible for phase transition from topological deconfined (weak tension) to trivial confined (strong tension). analyze behavior all both limiting cases an arbitrary input theory model. Using fluxon picture, we compute perturbatively first contributions perimeter law as function quantum dimensions. In phase, find that obey modified area law, agreement with recent mean-field approach.
